Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Meop Inc. ("Meop," "we," "us"). By engaging Meop for a security assessment or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Meop provides cybersecurity audits and assessments performed from an attacker's perspective. Engagements are scoped, agreed, and authorized in a written statement of work before any testing begins.
2. Authorization
You confirm that you own, or are authorized to permit testing of, every asset included in an engagement scope. Meop performs no testing outside the agreed scope. You are responsible for obtaining any third-party authorizations required for assets you do not directly control.
3. Confidentiality
Findings, reports, and any data observed during an engagement are treated as confidential. We do not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver the engagement or by law.
4. No guarantee
A security assessment reflects the state of the tested systems at the time of testing. It cannot identify every possible vulnerability and does not guarantee that systems are secure against all future threats.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meop's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
